【配方】丹參300g，米酒適量<br />

【功用】養血安神。<br />

【制法】1 將丹參切碎； 2 倒入適量的米酒浸泡15天； 3 而後濾出藥渣壓榨出汁，將藥汁與藥酒合併； 4 再加入適量米酒，過濾後裝入瓶中備用。<br />

【用法】每次10ml，每日3次，飯前將酒溫熱服用。<br />

【藥材功效解析】丹參：味苦，性微寒，入肝腎二經，活血，通心包絡，去滯生新，調經順脈，安神寧心，治健忘怔仲，驚悸不寐。藥理實驗結果表明，丹參有擴張冠狀動脈作用。能使冠狀動脈血流量增加，並使心率減慢，對防治冠心病等老年性疾病是大有益處的。又因丹參含維生素E，所以也應有抗衰防老作用。此酒主治神經衰弱，記憶力減退，失眠健忘。<br />
