【配方】何首烏500g 白首烏500g 胡桃肉90g 枸杞子60g 蓮子肉90g全當歸60g 生薑汁20g 蜂蜜90g 細曲300g 生地120g麥冬30g 糯米5kg <br />

【功用】補腎養肝，益精血。 <br />
<br />
【制法】1 先將兩種首烏洗淨，用水煮過，搗爛； 2 除生薑汁、蜂蜜外，其餘藥材搗為粗末與首烏一起裝入白布袋，封口備用； 3 將細曲搗成細末，備用； 4 生地用酒洗淨，放入煮首烏的水中去煮，等水漸幹時，再用文火煨； 5 待水汁盡後，取出搗爛備用； 6 將糯米放入鍋中，加水3000ml，放在文火上熬成粥狀，然後倒入乾淨的罎子裏； 7 冷後加入細曲末，用柳枝拌勻，加蓋密封，放在保溫處釀制，待有酒漿時開封； 8 將生地黃倒入酒糟中，用柳枝拌勻，加蓋密封，3～5日後開封； 9 壓榨去糟渣，貯入乾淨的罎子裏，再將藥袋懸入酒中，加蓋； 10 將壇放入鍋中，隔水加熱約80分鐘後取出，埋入土中； 11 過5日將酒壇取出，開封，去掉藥袋，將蜂蜜煉過，倒入藥酒中，再細濾一遍，裝瓶備用。 <br />

【用法】每次10～20ml，每日3次，將酒溫熱空腹服用。 <br />

【藥材功效解析】何首烏、白首烏、枸杞子、胡桃肉、蓮子肉、當歸：補腎養肝，益精血。 紅棗：調和諸藥，並有健脾作用。 麥冬：滋陰潤燥。 蜂蜜：調味，並能緩和酒性。 此酒功效為補腎養肝，因肝腎精血不足而導致的腰膝酸軟，體乏無力，精神萎靡，，食欲不振，面色憔悴，鬚髮早白，大便秘結等症。<br />
